Rejection

These are mainly the reasons of rejecting an item. The Rejection codes are required by the system at the time of receiving an item which has been marked as inspection required. Such items if rejected after inspection at the time of receiving, the system prompts for a rejection code.

 

To define the rejection code:

I. Type in the 4 character rejection code

II. Type in the description, which can be up to 40 characters

III. Click the save button to save the information into the database
