PO Class

The P.O. Class master allows the user to define the various classification ids for Purchase Orders, being generated by the Purchase department of the hotel. When creating a purchase order in the application, the P.O. class can be assigned to the same.

 

To define the P.O. Class master

I. Click the Add row button to insert a blank row in the spreadsheet

II. Type in the P.O. Class ID, which can be up to 4 characters. Type in the description of the PO Class ID.

III. Click the Save button, to save the information into the database.
